Joshua Erlich provides local counsel services to out-of-state plaintiffs and defendants.  Mr. Erlich can provide knowledge of local rules, discovery and deposition support, assistance with motions practice, and trial management support.

Mr. Erlich is admitted to practice and can serve as local counsel in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
